is a form of dance-theatre with masks belonging, as all the other forms of theatre, to the iridescent rituality of the island's life. The fascination of rhythms, colours and extremely refined forms, the subtle dialectic between grotesque and sublime, the dramaturgy woven on the actor's body and on the "mystic" space designed by him, are the reasons why we chose to look at that tradition which Artaud defined as the animated mirror of a Theatre that doesn't exist yet.
